The story

The Highway 21 Phoenix leggings are aramid lined, and can accommodate or be ordered with armor. I did not opt for armor as armor in pants is uncomfortable for me. These pants are thick, and fully lined; quite stretchy and surprisingly comfortable in the heat. They fit down over my boots as well. I typically wear a women's 2XL (18-20) in pants, and ordered these in a 20. They fit very well and are flattering. They are not abrasion rated, although aramid lined. Features side pockets. Normally $150 USD, can often be found on sale but do sell out quickly.
